Everything the tag can do
Eight products’ worth of work, behind one snippet.
Insight OS was built as one collector, one widget and one dashboard on purpose. Here is what each part does — and what it replaces.
01 Analytics
Analytics without cookies, and without the learning curve.
Pageviews, unique visitors, sources, referrers, countries, devices, browsers, entry and exit pages, on a single screen. Every number is a filter: click a country, a source or a page and the whole dashboard narrows to it.
No cookie is set. Visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier in localStorage, IP addresses are hashed with a salt rather than stored, and no fingerprinting is used — which is what makes the numbers usable without a consent banner in front of them.
- Click-to-filter, one-page dashboard
- Sources, referrers, countries, devices, entry and exit pages
- Scroll depth and custom events from the same script

02 Visitor intelligence
See who is on the site right now — and who is worth interrupting.
The live view lists the sessions happening this second: city, device, referrer, the pages they have already read and how long they have been reading them. Open a visitor and you get their whole journey, session by session.
Each active visitor carries an intent score built from behaviour: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, repeat visits and which pages they landed on. It is the difference between eighteen anonymous dots and the six people you should actually talk to.
- Real-time visitor list with live session detail
- Intent scoring from behaviour, not guesswork
- Full visitor journey across return visits

03 Engagement
Live chat, WhatsApp and click-to-call in one bubble.
One widget carries every channel. The visitor picks the one they like; you answer all of them from the same inbox in your dashboard.
- Real-time chat, answered from the dashboard while they are still reading
- WhatsApp button that opens their app with your prefilled message
- Click-to-call that dials on mobile and shows the number on desktop
- Office hours per site — outside them the widget takes a message
- Position, colour, greeting and template set remotely, per site
04 Lead capture
The message you were not there to answer is still a lead.
Chat that goes unanswered because it is 2am is the most commonly lost enquiry on the internet. Insight OS turns it into a lead: when the widget is outside office hours, it collects contact details and files the message in your Leads inbox instead of dropping it.
Even an abandoned pre-chat form is captured. If a visitor types their name and email, then closes the tab before sending a message, you still get the lead. Exit-intent and timed lead forms feed the same inbox.
- Offline messages become leads automatically
- Abandoned pre-chat details captured, not discarded
- Exit-intent and delay-triggered lead forms
- Every lead carries the session that produced it

05 Site health
Core Web Vitals, rage clicks and JavaScript errors from real visitors.
The same collector that counts a pageview also reports how that pageview felt. Core Web Vitals come from actual sessions on actual devices, not a lab run from a datacentre.
Rage clicks tell you where people are hammering something that is not a button. JavaScript errors arrive with the page they broke on — usually long before anyone bothers to email you about it.
- Field Core Web Vitals per page
- Rage-click detection on the elements people fight with
- JavaScript error reporting tied to the page and session

/checkout — “Apply coupon”/pricing: undefined is not a function06 AI traffic
Traffic from AI assistants, counted as its own channel.
People increasingly arrive because ChatGPT, Perplexity or Claude recommended you — and most analytics tools bury those referrals in “Other” or misread them as direct traffic.
Insight OS gives AI-assistant referrals their own channel, so you can see whether the effort you are putting into being quotable is actually sending anyone.
- ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude referrals identified as a channel
- Landing pages and intent scores for AI-sourced visitors
- Compared side by side with search, social and direct

07 Multi-site
One dashboard for every site you are responsible for.
Agencies and studios do not run one website; they run twenty. Every site in a workspace gets its own snippet, settings, inbox and leads, and you move between them without logging out of anything.
Turn on a public share page and a client can watch their own numbers at a read-only link — no account, no seat. When someone needs the underlying rows, export CSV.
- Unlimited sites per workspace during early access, under fair use
- Public shareable stats pages, per site, on and off at will
- CSV export of your analytics data

08 Remote control
Change what the script does without touching the site again.
The tag you paste is a loader. What it loads — and what that code is allowed to do — is decided by your site’s configuration on our server, fetched fresh on every page load.
So turning on WhatsApp, changing the widget colour, adding an exit-intent form or switching off rage-click capture is a toggle in the dashboard. No developer, no deploy, no re-install — and no stale copy of the script sitting in a client’s theme for two years.
- Every feature toggled server-side, per site
- Live pages pick up changes on their next load
- New capabilities reach installed sites automatically
