Not a trial, not a stripped-down tier — the whole product, on every site you run, for as long as early access lasts. Here is exactly what that means and what happens afterwards.

Everything, on every site, for nothing.
There is no plan to choose. A workspace created today has the full product enabled, and features you have not thought about yet appear as they ship — without a re-install, because the script pulls its configuration from the server on every page load.

What happens when pricing arrives.
Insight OS will eventually cost money — a product that has to stay online and answer support email cannot be free forever, and pretending otherwise would be the kind of promise that gets quietly broken later.
What we can commit to now is the process rather than the price: early-access workspaces get advance notice before anything changes, nothing is switched off while you decide, and your data stays exportable throughout.

Before you ask us.
Is it really free right now?
Yes. Insight OS is in early access, and every workspace created during that period has the whole product switched on — analytics, live chat, WhatsApp and click-to-call, lead capture, multi-site — with no card and no trial countdown. We would rather have people using it and telling us what is wrong than collect money for something still finding its shape.
What are the limits?
There is no published quota. We ask for fair use — run it on the sites you actually operate, not on a resale network — and if a workspace ever puts real strain on the infrastructure we will get in touch and talk about it rather than silently throttling or cutting anything off.
What happens when paid plans arrive?
You get advance notice before anything changes, and nothing switches off underneath you while you are deciding. Early-access workspaces hear first, and they will not wake up to a locked dashboard.
Will there be a free tier afterwards?
Not decided yet, and we would rather say so than invent an answer. What is decided is the notice: whatever the plans end up looking like, early users find out before the change, not after.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
It stays yours throughout. You can export to CSV at any time, and public share pages keep working while a workspace is active. Nothing about early access is designed to make leaving awkward.
Do I need a card to start?
No. There is nothing to enter and nothing to cancel — sign up, install the snippet, and start looking at your traffic.
